Mission Statement

My mission at Sheehan Chiropractic is to raise the health, happiness, and awareness of my community through continually educating myself so that I can deliver excellent, gentle, and precise chiropractic care and other natural health services. As I become more aware and educated, I am better able to listen to the needs of my patients through their body. My chiropractic work changes lives one nervous system at a time.

Laura Sheehan got a Bachelor of science with a major in nursing in 1989. She was a ICU nurse for 15 years and while a nurse she became a Reiki teacher, studied Craniosacral therapy four levels, and got her massage certificate.
She got a doctor of Chiropractic in 2002 and studied the brain stem and the upper cervical spine for another four years and became an Upper cervical specialist with the Sweat foundation. She has practiced Atlas Orthogonal, an upper cervical chiropractic for 21 years. She gets re-certified in this specialty every two years.
She has also studied Barral visceral Abdominal Mobilization and Bowen therapy, Applied Kinesiology and Touch for Health.
She continues to study Osteopathic methods with the Upledger institute and with the Barral Institute.
